Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your furniture to you promptly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call our Manchester team. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t already entered the dispatch process.
Do I need an account to place an order?

Delivery Questions

What delivery options are available?
We offer two convenient shipping options:
  1. Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch), ideal for individual items like Garden Tables or Parasols
  2. Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 days after dispatch), perfect for furniture sets or multiple items
Both options include full tracking and require signature on delivery.
How long will my delivery take?
After our 1-2 business day processing time:
  • Standard Shipping: Typically 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Typically 15-25 days after dispatch
These are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most international destinations, excluding some Asian countries and particularly remote regions. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?
We carefully package all items, but if you notice any transit damage:
  1. Please note any damage on the carrier’s delivery sheet when signing
  2. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 15-day returns policy from your delivery date if you’re not completely satisfied. Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Please contact us first to arrange returns – we aim to make the process as simple as possible, just like dealing with a helpful Manchester neighbour!
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, typically:
  • Card payments: 3-5 business days after we process
  • PayPal: Usually within 24 hours
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
