Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over £50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

How to Return an Item

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the completed returns form (we’ll provide this)

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until the return is complete.

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • For credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), the refund time depends on your bank’s processing (usually 3-5 additional business days)
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error

Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. In your email, clearly state the replacement item you’d prefer
  3. If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
