All products are subject to availability. While we endeavour to maintain stock levels, we cannot guarantee immediate availability of all items. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Garden mirrors (due to fragility)
• Assembled, used, or damaged items
• Products missing original packaging

3. Orders and Payments

• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Upon delivery, please inspect your garden furniture immediately. Report any damage within 48 hours by emailing [email protected] with photos of the damage.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date for most garden furniture items, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
